This Riesling is a selection of the best fruit from around the St Aloysius Church at Sevenhill. Only free run juice is used to produce a wine that is fine in structure with fresh fruit salad, lemon citrus and interesting spiciness; the best of Sevenhill from an outstanding vintage.
